Cisco certifications preferred. VMware certifications preferred. Experience Experience with Active Directory required Experience with Microsoft Server 2003-2008 required, current version preferred 1 – 2 years experience in a direct systems support role required, 3 – 5 years’ experience preferred 3 – 5 years working in the Information Technology industry, including direct evidentiary talents and responsibilities for supporting back-office systems, applications, and workstations. Client Services – Experience with Citrix technologies required Client Services – Experience with RightFAX technologies required Client Services – Experience with customer service management software Data, Voice, and Security Services – Experience with Microsoft and InfoBlox DNS and/or DHCP Data, Voice, and Security Services – Experience with Cisco enterprise networking Data, Voice, and Security Services – Experience with Avaya communications technologies Infrastructure Services – Background in HP servers preferred Infrastructure Services – Experience with VMware technologies preferred Infrastructure Services – Experience with Citrix technologies required Infrastructure Services – Experience with EMC Storage including SAN, Data Domain, and Avamar Infrastructure Services – Experience with Microsoft Server 2003-2008 required, current version preferred Infrastructure Services – Experience with Microsoft and InfoBlox DNS and/or DHCP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be proficient in Reasoning, Math, Reading, Writing, Speaking extemporaneously on a variety of subjects.
