Patient Liaison & Care Concierge

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Liaison at Lake Forest Hospital to support the Plastic Surgery clinic. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, located in Lake Forest, IL.
