Focus is on CM&T (Communications, Media & Technology) industry group. Strong emphasis on "independent work"—the manager needs someone who doesn't require hand-holding.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Joining the CM&T team, the Data Analytics Practitioner will develop critical business insights through predictive statistical modeling. This role focuses on enhancing decision-making processes by modeling market and performance data within a cloud-based environment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain business insights using expert-level Power BI data visualization.
• Perform data querying and analysis within cloud environments to identify business trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic planning.
• Refine predictive models to improve the accuracy and relevance of client-facing analytics.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members to elevate overall performance.
• Manage immediate team decisions and contribute solutions to complex data problems across multiple teams.
