- Retrieve, review, and reconcile monthly multi-state sales and income tax data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review exemption certificates and validate documentation in accordance with applicable sales tax regulations
- Reconcile tax accounts, prepare supporting schedules for the General Ledger team, and investigate variances
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on taxability matters and assist with resolving tax-related inquiries
- Support property tax compliance, filings, and reporting requirements
- Establish new sales tax registrations and maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner with HR and other departments on payroll tax matters and related reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of corporate tax experience
- Experience in sales tax and income tax
