Full-Time Roofing Sales Representative
This is not your average door-to-door sales job.
We’re a small, fast-growing roofing company on track to become a multi-million-dollar business this year, and we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow with us from the beginning.
We provide extensive training in insurance roofing sales, office-generated leads, online marketing support, and real opportunities to move into leadership as the company grows.
Compensation:
- 14%–20%+ of the total job value
- Commission paid upfront
- Unlimited earning and growth potential
- Full-time, commission-based position
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of door-to-door or in-home sales experience
- Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs
- Self-motivated, coachable, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work hard and generate opportunities
You won’t be doing it alone. We give you the training, systems, leads, and support needed to build a serious career.
