We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or inperson with excellent phone etiquette
Experience:
• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and providing change
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customer base
• Experience in cash handling and operating pointofsale systems
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos to drive sales
• Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
• Basic math skills for inventory management and sales calculations
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective customer communication
• Organizational skills to maintain store appearance and manage stock efficiently
