San Francisco Community Health Center
San Francisco Community Health Center seeks a Program Specialist / HepC Navigator to deliver hepatitis C and HIV education, navigation, and linkage across SFCHC sites. You will conduct outreach, run support groups, coordinate with clinics, and ensure high-quality service delivery for diverse community members.
