Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families. Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability. Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care. Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other providers, for holistic care. Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Provisional license if required by state regulation. Passion for mental health and commitment to professional growth through supervision and education. Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport.
