Mental Health Therapist

Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to improving access to behavioral health services in diverse communities. As a Therapist, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. You will participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, ensuring comprehensive care. Key responsibilities include timely documentation, billing, insurance authorization, and collaborative treatment with multidisciplinary teams such as psychiatrists and nurse practitioners. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; provisional license if required; passion for mental health; commitment to professional growth; strong communication skills; ethical practice; and effective time management.
