Production Associate 1

Job Details 1st Shift Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm Duties and Responsibilities Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as required Understand and carry out verbal instructions Read and carry out simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules Use a tape measure to read measurements, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects Make fraction and decimal conversions Operate any equipment needed to perform a job Perform other duties as assigned Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Preferably with experience in manufacturing Preferably with experience reading a tape measure Benefits Full‑time (30+ hours per week) medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1 PTO and paid holidays Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance, Long‑Term Disability (LTD), and Short‑Term Disability (STD) 401(k) retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, and professional development Equal Opportunity Employer Cornerstone Building Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
