Production Associate 1

Job Description Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low-rise non‑residential buildings in North America. The Production Associate fabricates and produces component parts for the final assembly of windows. The position requires working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment that may involve heavy lifting and repetitive work. Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units. Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows. Operate hand or power tools, such as saws, welders, and routers. Understand and follow verbal instructions. Read and follow simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules. Use a tape measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects. Make fraction and decimal conversions. Operate any equipment needed to perform a job. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be authorized to work in the US. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist. Preferably with experience in manufacturing. Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.
