Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to support international shipments, export compliance, and cross-border logistics operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate the movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains while ensuring that shipping activities comply with applicable U.S. trade and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipping and export activities.

• Prepare and manage export documentation and shipping records.

• File export declarations through ACE/AESDirect and obtain required ITNs.

• Conduct Restricted Party and Denied Party Screening in accordance with applicable EAR and ITAR requirements.

• Prepare and review commercial invoices, air waybills, bills of lading, country-of-origin documentation, and other shipping documents.

• Coordinate U.S.–Canada and U.S.–Mexico cross-border shipments.

• Support USMCA and CARM requirements.

• Ensure compliance with C-TPAT standards and applicable dangerous goods requirements.

• Coordinate shipments involving Lithium-Ion batteries, where applicable.

• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, customs holds, documentation issues, and other logistics-related problems.

• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs officials, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate shipment and compliance records.

• Support the logistics team with other international trade and shipping activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in international logistics, export operations, global trade compliance, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of EAR, ITAR, FTR, USMCA, and C-TPAT regulations.

• Experience with ACE/AESDirect and export documentation.

• Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Global Trade Management systems.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments, documentation, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. international trade and export compliance.

• Experience handling Canada and Mexico cross-border shipments.

• Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping documentation.

• Experience with dangerous goods or Lithium-Ion battery shipping requirements.
