Kodiak Labor Solutions is partnering with ColonialWebb to identify experienced Mechanical Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead some of the country's most exciting commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects.

From Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities to Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Advanced Manufacturing, and Large Commercial Construction , you'll play a key role in delivering projects that shape communities and critical infrastructure.

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Lead project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control
• Oversee contract administration and negotiate change orders
• Manage procurement and material purchasing
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Partner with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Identify project risks and proactively solve challenges
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects
• Background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, process piping, or industrial construction
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Experience negotiating change orders and managing project costs
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast paced environment

• Commissioning
