Data-Driven Business Analyst: SQL, Power BI & Python

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Business Analyst in Dallas, TX for a contract-to-hire role. The candidate will translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, build/maintain Power BI dashboards, and automate processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role liaises between business leadership and technical teams, turning operational needs into data models, ETL logic, and reporting outputs.
