CBIZ Talent Solutions has partnered with their construction services client in the search for a General Manager to lead their well-established, greater San Francisco area operation.This is an opportunity to lead a growing operation with full responsibility for business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, sales, operations, customer experience, and team development.Key Responsibilities:Lead overall business performance and full P&L managementDrive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellenceMonitor KPIs and implement performance improvementsOversee sales, operations, and customer experienceRecruit, develop, and lead high-performing teamsPartner with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiativesQualifications:Experience leading a branch, business unit, or operating divisionFull P&L responsibility with budgeting and forecasting experienceBackground in construction, home services, field services, specialty contracting, or related industriesStrong leadership, financial, and operational management skillsTrack record of driving growth and developing teams
