This position reports to: Front End Operations and Order Management Leader Job Description In this role, you will support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence, and drive improved results. You will showcase expertise by deploying and leading projects to sustain local business performance. Job Responsibilities Support the deployment of strategy and objectives for continuous improvement at a local organizational level. Escalate to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and facilitate conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Ensure the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy. Facilitate significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership. Promote awareness and commitment regarding continuous improvement at local management level. Promote and implement improvement programs and projects within own area of responsibility, with a hands‑on (Gemba) and problem‑solving approach. Provide training support by developing and maintaining training modules and toolkits aligned with business needs in collaboration with local management. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials/Supply Chain Management. 8+ years relevant work experience focusing on process efficiencies or project improvements. Advanced knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP. Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to achieve results with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organization skills. While base salary is determined by the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $68,600 and $109,760 annually.
