Responsabilidades del miembro del equipo:
- Interactuar con los clientes: recibir pedidos, procesar ventas y pagos, y resolver problemas de los clientes
- Preparar productos alimenticios
- Mantener la calidad del producto
- Supervisar todo el equipo de servicio
- Mantener estándares inquebrantables para un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro (según la Junta Laboral, regulaciones OSHA y estándares de la empresa)
- Descargar, almacenar y mantener los niveles de inventario requeridos
- Reconocimiento y motivación de campeones
Requisitos: ¡Los candidatos ideales deben querer divertirse sirviendo excelente comida a nuestros clientes!
- Ser mayor de 16 años
- Acceso a transporte confiable y puntual
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Destreza física requerida (capacidad para mover hasta 45 libras de un lugar a otro)
- Fuerte asistencia y puntualidad son indispensables
- Capacidad para operar una caja registradora y dar cambio a otros cajeros
- Habilidades básicas de matemáticas
- Finalización de certificación de capacitación
- Entusiasmo y disposición para aprender
- Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo
