Program Lead for Performance Center

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead for Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments to partners are met Drive the operational cadence by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling of the team Required qualifications At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities across multiple teams Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
