We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Program Lead, Connected Products, Cognizant Digital Business to serve our client in Peapack, NJ or Collegeville, PA. You will be responsible for the following:

• Manage key client relationships
• Drive strategies to transform 1, client's manufacturing solutions, and 2, Cognizant relationship with the client
• Review, report and plan to improve program and Portfolio metrics
• Team performance management
• Organic portfolio growth

Basic Qualifications:

• Domain skills: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing process including pharma and bio-pharma processes
• Sound understanding of Recipe Management, ISA 88 standard Pharma manufacturing systems knowledge across various Manufacturing Systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), OEE(Operational Equipment Efficiency), Plant Performance systems, QMS(Quality Management Systems), MI(Manufacturing Intelligence), EAMS(Enterprise Asset Management Sys) etc in a Manufacturing site.
• Industrial IoT Program Management Skills:
• Program Management experience of a portfolio with multiple projects running in parallel
• Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management
• Experience in Proposal Writing, responding to RFP's/Bids, etc and presenting the solutions
• People Management including conducting year-end appraisals and mentoring
• Personal skills:
• Ability to drive strategic conversations with client
• Experience of working with global stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Thought leadership
• Team leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business Development experience
• Application of Digital technologies to pharma manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing IT experience
