This is a senior culinary leadership role for an operator who understands structure, accountability, and consistency during demanding seasonal service. The Role Lead and develop a 10–15 person culinary team Oversee food cost, labor, and operational systems Manage purchasing, inventory, and purveyor relationships Execute seasonal menus utilizing fresh local seafood and produce Maintain standards during extended peak-season service Peak summer weeks require stamina and focus. The right candidate is comfortable leading through high-volume periods while maintaining composure and structure. Leadership Profile We are looking for: 5+ years senior kitchen leadership experience Experience in seasonal or coastal environments preferred Proven P&L management Ability to build and retain strong kitchen teams Calm, disciplined leadership style High standards with low ego ServSafe certification required.
