Based at Sky Acres Airport in LaGrangeville, NY, SkyGeek has been serving the aviation community for over 50 years with trusted products and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the ordering process
• Manage customer inquiries from start to finish
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Route requests to the appropriate teams
• Identify recurring issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Work Schedule

• Up to 90 days of on-site training Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
• Hybrid schedule after training, with 2-3 days per week in the office
