Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support customer needs, the part-time Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will provide compassionate and accurate responses to inquiries while working remotely after an initial onsite training day in Richardson, TX. Key responsibilities Build rapport with customers and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and instant message in a timely and respectful manner Translate complex health and welfare plan information into understandable terms for customers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA Customize service approaches to meet diverse customer communication styles and anticipate future member needs Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred Fluency in English; bilingual candidates in Spanish or French are encouraged to apply
