What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

• You'll play an important role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent
• Review applications and conduct candidate phone screens and interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
• Guide candidates through onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Complete I-9 and E-Verify documentation
• Process new hires accurately in HR systems
• Support new employees during onboarding to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
• Partner with operations and HR leaders to support staffing needs

Skills and Experience

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping people succeed
