Line Cook

We are looking for experienced and passionate *LINE COOKS (full and part time positions available) *to join our BOH staff team.

*Here’s what you do ….*

* Have an interest (passion preferred) for cooking and comfortable with customer special orders.
* Prepare food to recipe – no exception
* Know our menu and its ingredients in detail
* Attention to detail with a commitment to qualify and safety
* Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, each workstation and equipment.
* Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
* Engage in teamwork
* Follows all sanitation and safety policies
* Performs other duties as assigned by management
* Report any safety/mechanical issues to management immediately
* Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues.

*Qualifications*

* Enjoy working in a kitchen environment - 6 mos or more experience in a restaurant kitchen would be big plus.
* Excellent Culinary skills (knife cuts, etc.) required.
* Able to work and think in a fast-paced environment while producing a repetition of items per the approved recipe.
* Must be a team player.
* Bi-lingual is a major plus
* able to excel in high pressure environments
