Job Details Job location: Longbranch Elementary School – Union, KY 41091. Position type: Part Time. Education level: High School. Salary range: $15.00 – $15.00 hourly. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00AM – 8:45AM. This position does not start until August2026. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Support learning through structured activities, creativity, and positive interactions. Implement lesson plans aligned with state learning standards. Maintain organized classrooms and complete assigned tasks and documentation. Use positive guidance techniques to support children’s development. Follow licensing, SUTQ/STARS, and Learning Grove requirements. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive relationships with families and staff. Participate in required training and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Some post‑secondary education and childcare experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 pounds.
