Part-Time On-Site Director(Longbranch Elementary School)

Job Details Job Location: Longbranch Elementary School - Union, KY 41091 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly THIS POSITION DOES NOT START UNTIL AUGUST 2026 WHEN THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR STARTS!! This position is Monday-Friday from 7 am -8:30 am, it runs on the Boone County school schedule. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily program operations and maintain safe, organized learning environments. Supervise children at all times and support engaging learning experiences and transitions. Implement lesson plans aligned with Kentucky and/or Ohio Early Learning Standards. Support curriculum planning and enrichment activities, including grant-funded programming. Maintain licensing compliance, required documentation, and program records. Ensure completion of required trainings, assessments, and educational credentials. Use positive guidance techniques to support children’s development and resilience. Communicate effectively with families, staff, school partners, and enrichment providers. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, confidentiality, and cultural responsiveness. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Some post-secondary education preferred. Previous experience working with children preferred. Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, move frequently, and walk stairs.
