Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.Job Responsibilities:Creates and manages project plan(s) for each project in conjunction with the Project EngineerLeads coordination and documentation of project team activities including kick-off meetings, design review meetings, verification/validation activities, cadaver labs for multiple projects within groupPerforms and maintains market analysis by each product segment to identify new product offerings and line extensions to ensure Globus has the best product offering in industryForecasts inventory management for all projects / products in groupWorks closely with purchasing and operations departments to source products through the Globus supply chainAssists Group Manager and Project Engineer in creating sales, surgeon, and management presentations in PowerPointDevelops technique guides, product literature, brochures, and all sales support informationWorks with Clinical R&D, and Sales & Marketing to identify clinical research topics for each productPlans, organizes and executes courses and symposia for specific product introductions in conjunction with sales and clinical R&DObtains market feedback from spine surgeons and other customers to determine functional and design specifications for new product developmentProvides training and technical support to sales representatives and customers on division portfolioAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of related experience; or Master's Degree and 1+ years of experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced project management skillsExperience with new product introduction and lifecycle managementAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Office productsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timePhysical Demands :Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRequired to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsRequired to possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus.Our Values :Our Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.Passionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
