Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility Monitor and accurately document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels Observe and report changes in behavior, complaints, or symptoms to the supervising nurse or care team Maintain clean and comfortable living environments by changing bed linens, bedpans, and assisting with general room upkeep Collaborate with staff and resident support teams to provide consistent, high-quality care Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required) CPR certification (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing or direct patient care (required) High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Physical ability to reposition and assist residents safely Experience with elderly or bedridden residents, especially those with Alzheimer's or Dementia, is preferred Experience with catheters and enemas is a plus, but not required Why Join Anchor Co-Living Be part of a mission-driven organization that values healing, dignity, and personal growth Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for flexible scheduling and paid time off Help individuals transition to healthier, purpose-driven lives through recovery Position Details Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Compensation: $18-22 an hour, based on experience Location: Los Angeles, CA 90007 #J-18808-Ljbffr Anchor Co-Living
