Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $145,000–$175,000/year, (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified  Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within their scope of practice. The provider will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Provide primary care, preventive services, immunizations, and health education.
• Order and review routine laboratory, diagnostic, and radiological tests.
• Perform authorized clinical and therapeutic procedures.
• Provide family planning and reproductive health services.
• Counsel patients on health, wellness, and treatment plans.
• Identify urgent conditions and coordinate physician intervention when needed.
• Make appropriate referrals and coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited FNP or PA program.
• Current, unrestricted  California FNP or PA license .
• Valid  DEA registration .
• Professional liability insurance/coverage.
• English/Spanish bilingual required.
  

Additional Requirements

• Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation.
• Required background check and occupational health clearances.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and vaccinations.
