What we are looking for in our leaders:

Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Passion around quality and excellent customer satisfaction
Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to
Manage all restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Maintain and ensure proper food portioning is being adhered to
Create a unique, fun and exciting experience for both the staff and the guest.

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Valid Drivers License
Stable work history with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or quick service restaurant
Possess strong management, team building, and communication skills
Set high standards for yourself and your team
Ability to work nights and weekends
Fun, energetic, and friendly
