Senior Associate, PX, GWE, Asset Lifecycle Management Lead

Senior Associate leading asset lifecycle management for laboratory equipment in a Pfizer R&D environment. Responsible for tracking equipment from acquisition through disposal, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing inventory, and coordinating maintenance activities while driving process improvements across sites.

Responsibilities

• Track, document, and optimize laboratory asset lifecycle from acquisition through retirement and disposal using EAMS
• Oversee asset installation, preventive/corrective maintenance scheduling, and contractor coordination
• Manage inventory of inactive assets, ensure compliant storage, and coordinate auctions or transfers
• Collaborate with Global Workplace Experience teams to develop standardized practices and process improvements
• Generate reporting and data analytics to reduce operating costs and improve return on capital investment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or master's degree, or associate's with 6 years, or high school diploma with 8 years relevant experience
• 3+ years service and maintenance experience with analytical instrumentation in R&D laboratory settings
• Vendor management experience coordinating asset installation and logistics services
• Experience with maintenance and inventory systems in regulated pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in project management planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focus
• Proficient with Windows operating systems, databases, and MS Office Suite
