Senior Associate Scientist-Chem Analytical

Senior Associate Scientist position in Analytical Research & Development supporting drug release and stability testing. Apply analytical methodologies including chromatography, spectroscopy, and dissolution to characterize pharmaceutical substances and products in a GMP laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing and method execution on pharmaceutical projects supporting clinical release
- Test and release raw materials, drug substance, and finished drug products for stability and use period extensions
- Document experimental results and maintain submission-ready data in electronic systems
- Collaborate with project teams, quality assurance, and regulatory groups on investigations and regulatory submissions
- Conduct data analysis and communicate findings effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant GMP lab or research experience, or Master's degree
- Experience with analytical methodologies: chromatography, Karl Fischer titration, spectroscopy, dissolution
- Proficiency with laboratory software systems: electronic lab notebooks, OneLab, CisPro, Empower, LIMS
- Problem-solving and instrument troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and oral communication with demonstrated GMP notebook practices
- Ability to work independently and meet project milestones under general supervision
Compensation: $68,600–$114,300 base annual salary, plus 7.5% bonus target
