Senior Scientist- Analytical Research and Development

Senior Scientist position in analytical research and development supporting pharmaceutical drug substance and product development. Responsible for developing analytical strategies, validating methods, designing stability studies, and authoring regulatory submissions while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop analytical strategies for drug substances and products across development phases
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods; design stability studies for shelf-life assignments
- Perform laboratory work, delegate responsibilities, and review peer work as appropriate
- Author regulatory submission sections and prepare technical reports with critical data review
- Mentor colleagues and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical challenges
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 0-3 years industrial experience, or M.S. with 7-8 years experience
- Expertise in chromatography, mass spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, dissolution, particle size analysis, or NMR
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills with data visualization ability
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, calculation, and data analysis
- Experience learning new techniques and solving complex analytical problems
Compensation: $93,600.00-$156,000.00 base annual salary, plus 12.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
