Entry Level Analytical Chemist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Entry-level analytical chemist position supporting drug substance and product development across all phases. Responsibilities include sample preparation and analysis using chromatography, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques, along with method development, validation, and stability studies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and analyze drug samples using chromatography, spectroscopy, dissolution, and related methodologies
- Support development and optimization of analytical assay, purity, and impurity methods
- Execute method qualification, validation, and technology transfer activities
- Conduct degradation, stability, and investigational studies to evaluate product performance
- Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments under guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- Basic laboratory skills and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
- GMP laboratory and analytical chemistry experience preferred
- Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and data trending
