GMP Analytical Chemist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks an analytical chemist to conduct GMP testing and method development for drug substances and products in a Groton, CT laboratory. The role supports clinical supply release and stability testing across pharmaceutical development phases using various analytical techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform GMP release and stability testing on drug substances, products, and excipients
- Execute compendial and generic analytical testing including dissolution, HPLC/UPLC, and heavy metals analysis
- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substance and product characterization
- Set up and analyze stability samples according to study protocols
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GMP documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent directly related experience
- Demonstrated experience with GMP and wet chemistry techniques
- Proficiency with HPLC, Raman, and FTIR instrumentation
- Strong computer skills and scientific knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with eLN, LIMS, or data trending (preferred)
