Content Creator & Sales Representative

Who We Are:

BOSS helps small businesses grow through marketing, branding, systems, operations, and business strategy. We work hands-on with entrepreneurs to help them scale smarter, look better, and operate more efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who is an outgoing Content Creator and Sales Rep who can be the face of our brand in our community. You’ll be out in Little Rock connecting with local businesses, creating engaging content, and helping grow our client base. Experience running or managing a small business is a huge plus, as it helps you understand and connect with our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and film engaging content using your phone (Reels, Stories, LIVE sessions)
• Conduct casual, on-camera interviews with business owners
• Edit and post short-form video content for BOSS and our client
• Create social media graphics for current clients
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and social media
• Follow up with potential clients and help close deals
• Represent BOSS at events, meetings, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
• Understands social media platforms and short-form content
• Organized and consistent
• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
• Passion for local businesses, sales, and storytelling
• Experience in sales, marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus 

Compensation:

• $15/hr base pay
• $1,000 bonus for every new customer you sign
• $500 retention bonus every 6 months for each client who remains active, as long as you’re with the company
