Job Description

Picture a shift where your expertise keeps an entire facility running smoothly. You arrive, review overnight logs, walk the floor to verify gauges, and bring systems to peak performance. Throughout the day, you keep an eye on boiler operations, record precise readings, and act fast if an alarm calls for attention. Your commitment to safety and reliability ensures everything runs within spec—every hour, every day.

What You’ll Tackle

Operate and continuously monitor boiler systems and related equipment
Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance
Keep pressure, temperature, and water levels within safe operating limits
Diagnose and resolve mechanical or operational issues
Maintain accurate daily logs and maintenance records
Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations without exception
Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies
Assist with repairs and planned shutdown procedures as needed

What You Bring

Valid Boiler Operator Certification (required)
Previous boiler operating experience (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
