We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across the Northeastern United States for our portfolio of medical-grade polymer compounds and distribution solutions. This is a high-impact, market-facing role where you'll work directly with medical device OEMs, contract manufacturers, engineers, and procurement leaders to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive meaningful revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Grow revenue and market share across a defined Northeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers and target prospects.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, and executive leadership functions.
• Identify, qualify, and lead new business opportunities from initial engagement through commercialization.
• Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline and focus on high-value projects that deliver significant business impact.
• Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, customer service, and supply chain teams to help customers achieve successful outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on material selection, application development, and supply solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, forecasts, opportunities, and customer engagement plans.
• Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to help guide business strategy and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of successful sales experience serving the medical device industry.
• Proven track record selling polymer compounds, engineered materials, resins, or related solutions.
• Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, applications, and supply chains.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business while growing existing strategic accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Location Requirement

Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Northeastern United States to effectively support customers throughout Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania.
