Their responsibilities include supervising activities, organizing games, and assisting students with academic tasks. They may also help with snack distribution, cleaning, and maintaining a neat classroom. The After-school Aid must have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and other staff members effectively. They should be patient, responsible, and able to follow instructions. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
