TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Hazard, Kentucky, 41701!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of previous PCU/Stepdown experience required. License: KY or compact license required. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required. Must-Have: Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted. Description: 3 South Stepdown unit has a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1-4/5. Float required within scope of practice. Every other weekend required. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Resource must reside within 75 miles of the facility to be considered. No time-off edits accepted once an offer has been made. No timecard edits accepted once the pay period closes. Assignments confirmation must be completed within 24 hours of accepting offer. Must be willing to accept a schedule of 36/48 hours for the two-week pay period. Patient age groups include adults and geriatric patients. Daily census on the unit is around 10 patients. Unit includes interdisciplinary support from various services. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required to submit for consideration. Must work either a major or minor holiday. Two references required, one from a charge nurse and one from a supervisor, completed within the last year. Both are mandatory for submission.
