About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Engagement and Development Officer to spearhead a transformative role that integrates fundraising, alumni engagement, and strategic communications. This executive will be responsible for creating and implementing a cohesive vision that places donor and alumni relationships at the forefront of the institution's future. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, guide comprehensive campaign strategies, and personally engage in the cultivation and closure of significant gifts. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in progressive fundraising, the ability to secure major gifts, and a talent for aligning people, messaging, and strategy across a complex organization. The ideal Chief Engagement and Development Officer for the company will be a confident and collaborative ambassador, capable of rallying a team, partnering with academic leaders, and engaging with high-capacity donors. They will be tasked with ensuring that the integrated enterprises of engagement, development, and strategic communications operate as a unified force, driving affinity, pride, and philanthropic momentum.
