Licensed Psychologist Corporate Functions - Charlotte, NC

Licensed Psychologist Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to lead our evaluation services for children suspected of having autism. This is an ideal role for a candidate with an interest in assessment and diagnosis of autism and other developmental disorders. Responsibilities Conduct standardized assessments for autism evaluations Administer tests such as ADI‑R, CARS‑2, ADOS‑2, Tele‑ASD‑Peds, ADI‑R, ASRS, BASC‑3, Vineland‑3, DP‑4 (training will be provided as needed) Write diagnostic evaluation reports based on interpretation of test results Qualifications Doctorate degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology Fully licensed in Texas as a Licensed Psychologist (other state licenses acceptable) Experience with psychological assessment of children, particularly evaluating for autism and other developmental differences Previous education in developmental disorders and related differential diagnosis Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail Natural ability to connect with children and parents Eligibility to obtain state licensure in multiple states; ABC reimburses application and renewal fees Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote work benefit: testing and report writing can be performed via telehealth/remotely Approximately 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days No non‑compete clauses Training and Development Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice Research and innovation opportunities with the Action Institute Clinical guidance from our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team Education and Support Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house; additional funds to attend training courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events Medical, dental, vision, flexible savings account, and health savings account options Up to $3,000 in maternity/paternity financial assistance and short‑term disability options equating to 8 weeks of paid paternity leave Student loan repayment assistance contributed each year Additional perks including virtual health coverage for up to 7 household members and other benefits ABC is an equal opportunity employer.
