Expo/Food Runner

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Expo/Food Runner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring food is delivered from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with great presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth communication, organize tickets, check plates for quality and accuracy, and run food to tables. This position plays an important role in creating a great dining experience for our guests.

This is an hourly position plus tips, and ideal candidates are team players who can work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and provide friendly guest service.

Local Table is a concept conceived by the family that created Hungry's Café and Bistro. This new iteration from Hungry's represents a new generation within the Hungry's organization. Focusing on young families that are building a life in the suburbs and desire a dining destination that boasts a unique combination of hipness while being kid friendly.

The name "Local Table" not only connotes the fresh, locally sourced produce that Hungry's is known for, but also exemplifies the spirit of the neighborhood and community. It is a true place to connect all the young families in suburban areas. The team behind Local Table has witnessed a need for a social gathering spot where they can share food and drink with friends, alone or with their young families. All while not cutting corners on quality. Given the large number of families in a growing community, they wish to invest in the neighborhood and community as an answer to the struggle of finding a social dining venue that both parent and kids enjoy. While designed as a family friendly venue, the layout and menu options also serve as an inviting Happy Hour or Date Night venue.
