We are seeking a driven, empathetic, and sharp Associate Attorney to join our team full-time on-site in Houston. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse and impactful caseload focused exclusively on Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury .

From initial intake to final resolution, you will be an integral part of the litigation process, collaborating closely with senior leadership and clients to navigate complex legal disputes and secure justice for injury victims.

• Case Advocacy & Management: Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters (including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury) from inception through resolution.
• Litigation Excellence: Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and complex legal documents with precision.
• Legal Research & Advice: Conduct thorough, cutting-edge legal research to develop winning case strategies and provide clear, actionable legal counsel to clients.
• Zealous Negotiation: Formulate demand packages and utilize advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputes, handle insurance adjusters, and secure favorable client agreements.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted, primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns with empathy and delivering tailored solutions during a difficult time in their lives.
• Court Representation: Represent clients confidently in hearings, depositions, and administrative proceedings.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Core Competency in Tort Law: Proven proficiency and a genuine passion for Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury law.
• Advanced Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of handling dispute resolutions, settlements, and client agreements effectively.
