Overview A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to step into a high-volume practice with strong support, hands-on experience, and clear earning potential. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases primarily in pre-litigation Handle cases from intake through pre-suit resolution Work closely with case managers and internal support teams Evaluate claims, develop strategy, and negotiate settlements Exposure to a variety of matters (auto, premises, catastrophic, etc.) In-office role (Houston – Greenway Plaza or Clear Lake) with one half-day remote weekly Qualifications Licensed attorney in the State of Texas 1–4 years of experience, with some exposure to personal injury preferred Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage cases with a level of independence Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional, coachable, and team-oriented mindset Benefits / Compensation Competitive base salary with strong upside Annual bonus potential + 50% fee split on originated cases (uncapped) Established pipeline of cases (no need to source your own) Dedicated support staff so you can focus on practicing law Hands-on experience managing cases and client relationships Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership Growth opportunity within an expanding firm Job ID JOB ID: 175090 Jenn Egnot To Apply for this Job Click Here #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
