Machine Operator/Machinist - 1st Shift

Machine Operator/Machinist

We're looking for an entry-level, hands-on Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll machine and fabricate precision components used in firearms. You should have some experience with mills, lathes, and grindersand a sharp eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy
Assist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack use

What You Bring:

Machining or machine operating experience is a plus
Familiarity with mechanical systemsbearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensors
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferred
