About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations for the South Business Unit, with a focus on leading all project delivery and operational execution in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced construction executive with a strong customer-centric approach, a proven track record in leading high-performing project management teams, and a commitment to delivering complex infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves overseeing project execution across various key vertical markets, developing operational strategies, building organizational capability, and driving continuous improvement in all phases of project delivery. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Operations include operational and project management leadership, ensuring operational and financial performance, and championing a culture of safety, quality, and risk management. The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing large construction organizations, mentoring project management professionals, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives. They must possess strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills, as well as a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong client relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial construction or infrastructure project delivery, and a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role. Technical skills in project management software and relevant industry certifications are also desirable.
