Title: CNC Programmer - Valve Manufacturer
Location:  Pittsburgh, PA 15642 (southeast Pittsburgh - Irwin area)
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Founded in the early 1900s we employ approximately 500 people worldwide, with about 150 employees at our Irwin, PA facility. We design and manufacture precision ball valves and flow control solutions for industries including chemical processing, energy, and industrial manufacturing. The Irwin site focuses on engineering design, product development, and technical support. As a CNC Programmer, you will develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient, accurate, and high quality production.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs using Esprit CAM software
• Program multi axis CNC mills and lathes for precision valve components
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot machining issues
• Develop setup sheets, tooling lists, and machining instructions
• Drive continuous improvement in machining efficiency and cycle time reduction

What You Need for This Position

• 3-5 years CNC programming experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency with Esprit CAM software and multi axis machining
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint/GD&T interpretation skills
• Experience with machining processes, cutting tools, and fixturing
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent preferred
