College Admissions Representative (On-site in Fort Lauderdale) $1k Sign-on Bonus

Overview Arizona College of Nursing is seeking an Admissions Advisor for our growing campus located in Wilton Manors, FL. This 100% on‑site position offers a $1,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community partners via appointments, telephone, email, and other outreach materials. Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork, interviewing applicants, arranging and conducting campus tours, and following up with letter writing and phone‑calling campaigns. Maintain recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs. Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities, admission requirements, policies, and procedures. Assist leads and inquiries in an honest, caring, and thorough manner, ensuring all information is accurately captured. Conduct effective phone presentations and interviews with each candidate. Increase enrollment percentages by nurturing leads through training, experience, and diligent follow‑up. Cooperate to provide accurate data for reporting, institutional research, and institutional effectiveness. Maintain the integrity of the student database, ensuring accuracy for local, state, and federal reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred). 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, retail sales, consumer marketing, or recruitment. High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Organized, professional, and warm approach toward potential and current students. Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi‑task in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse community. Knowledge of college admissions procedures and student recruitment and retention issues. Proficiency with computerized systems and databases.
