BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary , based on a 30-hour work week). First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs. About Us: At Steady Strides ABA, we provide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team uses proven, evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Career Support: Ongoing collaboration and access to resources Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs) Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Qualifications: Active BCBA certification (required) At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits) We’re excited to hear from dedicated BCBAs looking to make a difference.
